Nibong Tebal Tu Bak Hoon (Pork Noodles)
Another famous food in Nibong Tebal - Tu Bak Hoon. People from Penang Island tense to travel so far to Nibong Tebal just for this food. With lots of pork and meatball, the soup of this noodles so tasteful. I don't eat pork's intestine, so may not taste the best out of this Tu Bak Hoon.
For those pork's intestine lover, you can try out this Tu Bak Hoon at Kedai Makanan Lye Lee Food & Beverage restaurant. I agak-agak (estimate) plot the location in this map. Please look out for the signboard when you are near
One bowl cost RM5.00 with many ingredients. In Penang Island, you can only get a few piece of this and that. In Nibong Tebal, the Tu bak hoon look like new bowl although you already dip the pork a few time in the sauce.
Please note that, this is nonhalal food.

Nibong Tebal Kary Mee (Curry Noodles)
This Kari Mee (Curry Noodles) was recommend by Shin Tan. When he show us the picture of kari mee in iPhone, the kari mee covering with ingredients. He said you can add prawn, fish-ball, meatball, 'ham', chicken feet, 'hea kor', 'tau pok', 'tu huei', 'tu bak' and others. Feeling dizzy when curry mee can put in so many extra stuffs. Will it still be kari mee after adding so many dishes?
Super-duper oily after adding so many dishes in a bowl of kari mee. Do remember to prepare many packet of tissue. I knew there is one kari mee found at Farlim Pasar Malam on every Wednesday night also allow extra dishes to be add in Kari Mee. But the price for one bowl will be expensive.
How much for a bowl of Kari Mee at Nibong Tebal with extra ingredients like prawn, fish-ball, meatball, 'ham', chicken feet, 'hea kor', 'tau pok', 'tu huei', 'tu bak'? You guess!
Or get the answer at Nibong Tebal Curry mee with this map, found along Jalan Ooi Kar Seng and near to where I eat Jawa Mee.

Nibong Tebal Jawa Mee
I randomly google for food in Nibong Tebal and found many famous food in Nibong Tebal like Crispy Pork Knuckle, Tu Bak Hoon (Pork Meat noodle), Crab Porridge and other. I looking for something simple and light for breakfast. So, I decided to try the Jawa Mee at Nibong Tebal.
This hawker center found between morning market and Yawata in Nibong Tebal city center. Refer to below map or use the GPS coordinate: 5.166873,100.474986.
The stall named as Tiger's Jawa Mee. She does sell Tu Bak Hoon also. However, I just order the Jawa Mee:
It just taste like Jawa mee, sour, a bit spicy and sweet. Yum~yum~yum. The stall open morning 8am till 5pm, not sure what day is close. In case it close, you can other food like Bak Kut Teh. I noticed many people around also order Bak Kut Teh at the same Hawker center. I seldom eat Bak Kut Teh in morning, so find it weird to eat bak kut teh in morning.
Anyway, I will try it next time because it is full after ate Jawa mee that full of ingredients. Small bowl cost RM2.70 and Big bowl cost RM3.30 worth the price
